Mr. Blake Daniel Ray, age 21 of Westmoreland, TN, passed away Monday, November 2, 2020.
Funeral Services for Blake will be conducted on Friday, November 6, 2020 at 1 PM from New Hope Cemetery with Bro. Lionel Borders and Bro. Warren Rose officiating.
The family will receive visitors on Thursday, November 5, 2020 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM, and on Friday, November 6, 2020 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at Woodard Funeral Home.
Blake was preceded in death by his Gramps, Rogers Lee Ray; and his Ol' Pa and Ol' Granny, Carl and Lois Harrison.
Blake is survived by his father, Barry Ray; his mother, Dana Slayton Ray; his sisters, Kristen & (Ethan) Keown and Kassidy & (Travis) Blanchette; his Pa, Danny Slayton; his Nanny, Vicki Slayton; his Gran-Gran, Patricia Ray; his nephew, Eli Keown; his aunts, Raegan Ray & (Dana Switzer) and Danielle & (Joey) Phillips; his uncle, Derrick & (Saybra) Slayton; along with a host of loving family.
