Carol Lee Patricella

Ms. Carol Patricella, age 55, passed away on November 29, 2021, in Westmoreland, TN.

Carol is survived by her life long partner, Kevin Wooten; her daughter, Heather York; her son, Robert Phillips; grandchildren, Haley Phillips, Holden York and Bonnie Phillips; sisters, Jackie West, Tina Wyder and Frankie Patricella and all their families; and several Nieces and Nephews.

Carol is preceded in death by her parents, John Brenner and Irene Bush Patricella and her brother, Chuckie Patricella.

The memorial service for Ms. Carol Patricella will be held on Saturday, Dec. 4, 2021, at 2:00 PM at Woodard Funeral Home with Bro. Leon Graves officiating. Visitation with the family will be on Sat. from 8:00 AM - 2:00 PM.

The family request that in lieu of flowers, memorial donations be made in Carol's name to help with the funeral expenses.
