Mr. James Thomas Miller, age 64 of Westmoreland, TN, passed away Monday, November 11, 2019.
Funeral Services for Mr. Miller will be conducted on Thursday, November 14, 2019 at 12:00 PM from Woodard Funeral Home with Bro. Ricky White officiating. Interment will follow in Siloam Cemetery.
The family will receive visitors on Wednesday, November 13, 2019 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM, and on Thursday, November 14, 2019 from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM at Woodard Funeral Home.

Father - Vernie Miller,
Mother - Willie Dee Bullington,
Brothers - Paul and Ricky Miller,
Sister - Elizabeth Miller
