Funeral services for Ms. Mandrell will be held Monday, October 21, 2013 at 11:00 AM at Woodard Funeral Home with Bro. Johnny Carver and Bro. Leon Graves officiating.

Interment will follow in Forest Chapel Cemetery.

Visitation will begin on Sunday, October 20, 2013 from 2:00 PM to 9:00 PM at Woodard Funeral Home and Monday, October 21, 2013 from 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM at Woodard Funeral Home.

Ms. Mandrell was a member of New Hope Church.
