passed away Monday, February 23, 2015

Funeral services for Ms. Carter will be held on Thursday, February 26, 2015 at 11:00 AM from the Chapel of Woodard Funeral Home with Bro. David Spears officiating.

Interment will follow in Pleasant Grove Cemetery.

Visitation will begin on Wednesday, February the 25th,from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and continue Thursday, February 26th from 8:30 AM to 11:00 AM Service Time at the Funeral Home.

Ms. Carter was a member of New Hope Church.
