Betty Sue Bentle

December 31, 1925 — April 16, 2013

Mrs. Betty Sue Bentle, age 87, of Westmoreland, entered peacefully into rest Tuesday, April 16, 2013 at Sumner Regional Medical Center in Gallatin.

Mrs. Bentle was born December 31, 1925 to Charles Oscar and Lillian Burns. On November 28, 1942, she was married to the late Cleamon Bentle. To this union was born a daughter, Sandra Kay Bentle Harrison. She was saved the third Sunday in July 1943 and later joined Eulia General Baptist Church where she remained a faithful member until her death. She was retired from Formfit Rogers and was a member of the VFW Ladies Auxillary.

Mrs. Bentle was preceded in death by her parents, husband, daughter, as well as brothers George Burns, Thomas (Brother) Burns, and Phaxton Burns.

She is survived by three grandsons and their wives, Kenny and Christa Harrison, Kevin and Chastity Harrison and Chris and Rebecca Harrison; five great-grandchildren, Shelby Jenkins and husband Richard, Lindsey Harrison, Destiny Harrison, Jessica Beth Harrison and Wyatt Harrison; several nieces and nephews; and many friends and loved ones.

Funeral services for Mrs. Bentle will be conducted on Friday, April 19th at 3PM from the Chapel of Woodard Funeral Home with Bro. Kevin Harrison, Bro. Larry Sloan and Bro. Gary Sullivan officiating.

Interment will follow in Siloam Cemetery.

The family will receive visitors on Thursday, April 18th from 2PM-9PM and on Friday, April 19th from 10AM-Service time at Woodard Funeral Home.
