Beulah M. Cook, age 85, passed away on June 2, 2026, in Indianapolis, Indiana. Beulah was born in Sumner County, Tennessee on November 5, 1940, to the late Wiseman and Ora Mai Jenkins.

She was preceded in death by, Henry W. Cook (husband); Henry Todd Cook (son); Sandra K. Wilhelm (daughter); siblings, Erma Dee Coker, Wiseman Jenkins Jr and Gladys Stott.

She is survived by two brothers, Richard Jenkins (Juanita) and Larry Jenkins (Carla); children, David Cook (Pam), Beverly Foley (Chris); seventeen grandchildren, twenty-seven great-grandchildren and ten great-great-grandchildren.

A viewing will be held June 5, 2026 from 4pm-7pm at Wilson St. Pierre Funeral Service and Crematory-Franklin Township Chapel, 5950 Thompson Rd., Indianapolis. 

A funeral service will be held on Monday, June 8, 2026 at Woodard Funeral Home in Westmoreland, TN at 1PM, central time, with viewing from 10AM until the time of service. Beulah will be laid to rest at Fairview Cemetery in Westmoreland, TN.
