Mr. Billy Ray Caruthers, age 89 of Westmoreland, TN, passed away Wednesday, August 22, 2018.
Funeral Services for Mr. Caruthers will be conducted on Friday, August 24, 2018 at 1:00 PM from Woodard Funeral Home with Bro. John Racioppa officiating. Interment will follow in Pleasant Grove Cemetery.
The family will receive visitors on Thursday, August 23, 2018 from 2:00 PM to 9:00 PM, and on Friday, August 24, 2018 from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM at Woodard Funeral Home.
