Mr. Bobby Troutt age 83 of Westmoreland passed away on Sunday, July 10th, 2016. Funeral services for Mr. Troutt will be conducted on Tuesday, July 12th at 2:00 PM from Woodard Funeral Home with Elder.Gary Simons and Bro.David Manning officiating. Interment to follow in New Hope Cemetery. Visitation will begin on Monday, July 11th from 2:00 PM to 9:00 PM and on Tuesday July 12th from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM at Woodard Funeral Home.

Mr. Troutt was retired from Volunteer State Community College as a book keeper.
