Funeral services for Mr. Whitman will be held Wednesday, August 28, 2013 at 2:00 PM from Woodard Funeral Home with Father John Bender officiating.

Interment will follow in Old Brush Cemetery, Portland, TN.

Visitation will be: Tuesday, August 27, 2013 from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Woodard Funeral Home and Wednesday, August 28, 2013 from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM at Woodard Funeral Home

Mr. Whitman was retired from Tyco in Franklin, KY.

He was preceded in death by
Wife of 43 years - Marietta Graves Whitman
Father - Homer Ray Whitman
Mother - Annis Arlene Smith Whitman

Mr. Whitman is survived by
Daughter - Aleta & (Dave) Robb of Mayflower, AR
Son - Tony & (Christy) Whitman, Pleasant View, TN
Son - Tim & (Kim) Whitman, Franklin, KY
Daughter - Bobbie & (Erik) Salman, Adolphus, KY
