Charles 'Gene' Dorris

Mr. Charles "Gene" Dorris, age 87 of Westmoreland, TN, passed away Sunday, November 26, 2017.

Funeral Services for Mr. Dorris will be conducted on Wednesday, November 29, 2017 at 2:00 PM from Woodard Funeral Home with Bro. Tracy Carter officiating. Interment will follow in Pleasant Grove Cemetery.

The family will receive visitors on Tuesday, November 28, 2017 from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM, and on Wednesday, November 29, 2017 from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM at Woodard Funeral Home.

Mr. Dorris was a United States Navy Veteran and served during the Korean Conflict. He was a self-employed plumber and electrician. He enjoyed training walking horses. He was a member of the First Baptist Church.

Grand Child - Wyatt Patterson, Westmoreland, TN
Brother - Frank & (Gloria) Dorris, Alexandria, VA
Sister - Diane McMurtry, Tampa, FL
As well as a host of Nieces and Nephews
