Steve Howell, age 69, formerly of Westmoreland, TN passed away on January 1, 2021, in Scottsville, KY. Mr. Howell is survived by wife, Katherine Howell; children, Mickey (Bobby) Sullivan, Freida Polson (Gary Farley) and Kristy (Jerry) Vincent; grandchildren, Perry, Susie, Brianna, Levi, Danyelle, Bethany, Ashleigh and Stevie; great-grandchildren, Dale, Daniel, Dalton, Dustin, Mollie, Misty, Kristoffer, Kamryn, Scott, Korbin, Kyah and Kileighana. Steve is preceded in death by his parents, Hoyt Howell and Virginia Morgan Howell; son, Dale Stevens; and great-grandson, Eli. The graveside service for Mr. Charles Steven Howell will be held on Tuesday, January 5, 2021, at 12:30PM at Siloam Cemetery. Visitation: Tuesday, January 5, at 10:00AM - 12:00PM at Woodard Funeral Home. The family request that memorial donations can be made in Steve's name to the funeral expenses.
