Mr. Coley Bay Brown, age 95, of Westmoreland, TN, passed away on April 6, 2026 at TriStar Hendersonville Medical Center. Mr. Brown was born in Sumner County, TN on November (Oct) 12, 1930 to the late Luby Lewis Brown and the late Lula Mae McCormick. Mr. Brown loved his Heavenly Father and often would say, "I want to go home, it's not home here anymore." He also loved his church family and attended Westmoreland First Baptist Church.
Mr. Brown, better known as Mr. C of C&D Angus Farm, owned and managed Registered Black Angus Cattle and sold by private treaty for 33 years with his daughter, Darlene. He also was part owner, with his brothers, of Brown Brothers Garage and Auto Parts store in Westmoreland for many years.
He is preceded in death by:
Wife - Mildred Brown (Married 1952)
Parents - Luby Lewis Brown and Lula Mae McCormick
Son-in-law - Larry Hurst
Grandson - Terry Shannon Pardue
Sisters - Eunice Borders, Evelyn Akins and Rosie Mae Brown
Brothers - Grover Brown and Fred Brown.
He is survived by:

Brother - Frank Brown of Bethpage, TN
Grandchildren - Shauna N. Henson, Stephen Neal Hurst, Tracye L. (Kevin) Goad, Matthew C. (Katie) Hurst, April D. (Scott) Park, Terry "TJ" Jr (Tabitha) Pardue and Amy D. (Josh) Moody
Great-grandchildren - Hannah, Aly, Corban, Camden, Adriana, Peyton (Hazel), Bradley, Cole, Avery, Dustin, Destiny, Zachary, Brycen, Jackson, Katie, Connor, Sadie Jo and Henry
Great-great grandchildren - Emmett, Raven, Aurora, Weston, and Everleigh
The graveside service for Mr. Coley Bay Brown will be conducted on Saturday, April 11, 2026 at 11AM from Fairfield Cemetery with Bro. Larry Emery and Pastor John Racioppa officiating. Family and friends are welcome to join.
