Mr. Dan Edward Carter age 83 of Westmoreland, TN. Passed away on Friday, August 31st, 2018. Mr. Carter was self employed and ran his own Heating & Air company.

He is preceded in death by his Wife, Rebecca Ann Mitchell Carter. In addition to his wife, he was also preceded by his parents Lucian & Selma Carter, daughter Lori Carter, and his brother Ed Carter.

He is survived by his
