Visitation will be: Wednesday, May 04, 2016 from 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM, and Thursday, May 05, 2016 from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM at Woodard Funeral Home.

Mr. Fraley worked as a salesman in Electronics and Auto Sales.

Sister – Opal & (Gary) Pinson of Unicoi, TN
Sister – Brenda Duty of West Virginia
Grandchildren – Cherish Fraley, Jacob Fraley and Layla Fraley all of San Antonio, TX
