passed away Saturday, January 19, 2013

Funeral services for Mrs. Chadick will be held on Wednesday, January 23, 2013 at 2:00 PM from the Chapel of Woodard Funeral Home with Bro. Danny Everette and Bro Guthrie Thompson officiating.

Interment will follow in Pleasant Grove Cemetery.

Pallbearers will be David Chadick, Mike Chadick, Daniel Lambert, Chris Lambert, Eddie Spangler, John Dechant.

Visitation will begin on Monday, January 21, 2013 from 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM at Woodard Funeral Home and Tuesday, January 22, 2013 from 10:00 AM to 9:00 PM at Woodard Funeral Home and Wednesday, January 23, 2013 from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM at Woodard Funeral Home.

Mrs. Chadick was retired from Walmart after 18 years of service.

Sister - Denise(Mike) Williams, Westmoreland, TN
Sister - Teresa(Bucky) Templeton, Westmoreland, TN

9 Grand Children and 2 Great Grandchildren.
