Mr. Delbert Ray Cline, age 86 of Westmoreland, TN, passed away Friday, May 10, 2019.

Funeral Services for Mr. Cline will be conducted on Tuesday, May 14, 2019 at 10:00 AM from the Chapel of Woodard Funeral Home with Bro. Tim Williams, Bro. Maxie Brawner and Bro. Murl Wix officiating. Interment will follow in New Hope Cemetery.

The family will receive visitors on Sunday, May 12, 2019 from 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM, on Monday, May 13, 2019 from 10:00 AM to 9:00 PM and on Tuesday, May 14, 2019 from 9:00 AM to service time at 10:00 AM at Woodard Funeral Home.

Mr. Cline was a member of Providence General Baptist Church for 32 years. He was retired from Crescent Manufacturing after 32 years of service. He enjoyed farming and hunting.
