Delilah Troutman

Mrs. Delilah Troutman, age 74, of Westmoreland, Tennessee passed away on October 7, 2021.

Delilah is survived by her brother, Mike Rippy; 9 nieces; 1 nephew and a host of loving family.

She is preceded in death by her father, Edwin Rippy; her mother, Elizabeth Rippy; her husband, Freddy Troutman; sister, Wanda Rippy ; and brothers, Dewain Rippy, David Rippy and Darrell Rippy.

The service for Mrs. Delilah Troutman will be held on Sunday, October 10, 2021 at 2:00 PM at Woodard Funeral Home with Bro. Larry Emery and Bro. George Talley officiating. Pallbearers will be Daniel Thornton, Tyler Thornton, Brandon Rippy, Ross Heinen, Tristen Troutman, Barry Harper, Rhys Heinen and Mason Heinen. Interment will follow in Fairfield Cemetery.

Visitation: Saturday, October 9, at 3:00 PM - 8:00 PM and on Sunday, October 10, at 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM at Woodard Funeral Home.
