Funeral services for Mrs. Owsley will be conducted: Thursday, March 26, 2015 at 2:00 PM from Woodard Funeral Home with Pastor Jerry Campbell officiating. Interment to follow in New Hope Cemetery. Visitation will be: Thursday, March 26, 2015 from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM at Woodard Funeral Home.
