Dorothy Mae Woodall

Ms. Dorothy Mae Simpson Woodall, age 80, of Portland passed away Friday, March 25, 2011 at her residence. Funeral services will be conducted Monday, Mar. 28th @ 10AM from the Chapel of Woodard Funeral Home. Interment will follow in Fairfield Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Johnny Lee Givens, Damien Ray Givens, Brent Kendall, Brian Kendall, Michael Reed, and Randy Harrison. The family will receive visitors on Saturday and Sunday from 11AM-9PM, and Monday shortly before service time.

She was preceded in death by her parents, W.C. Simpson and Pearley Fullers Simpson; her daughter, Dorothy Ann Givens; her brother, Bill Simpson; and her husbands; Melvin Woodall , Albert Givens, and Paul Lee.

She is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, Donald & (Linda Sue) of Portland, her sister, Wanda Sadler of Westmoreland; her brothers, James Carmack Simpson of Westmoreland, Robert Earl Simpson of Westmoreland, Charles Simpson of Portland; grandchildren, Johnny Lee Givens of Portland, Damien Ray Givens of Gallatin, Jennifer Lynn Perdue of Westmoreland, Frederick Dean Givens of Mt. Juliet, Steven Andrew Givens of Hohenwald; and great-grandchild, Shawn Austin Givens of Portland.
