Emma Jane Harper

Mrs. Emma Jane Davis Harper, age 89, of Westmoreland, TN, passed away Friday, March 18, 2016 at the Westmoreland Care and Rehab.

She was born on January 3, 1927 in Red Boiling Springs, TN to the late Starlett & Bessie Davis.

She retired from Nashville Memorial Hospital in Food Services.

She was preceded in death by 2 sisters, Velva & Lily along with 2 brothers, Burton & Frank Davis.

She is survived by 3 children, Jerry & (Diane) Harper of Spring Hill, TN, Tommy Harper of Westmoreland, TN and Shirley & (Pat) Burns of Parker, TX; along with 5 grandchildren, Tim & (Chris) Harper, Ginger Harper, Tangi & (Jackie) Leath, Angel & (Scott) Moran and Allen Harper; her step-grandchild, Lukas Burns; her nine great-grandchildren, Jed, Jacob & Josh Harper, Lexi & Riley Leath, Ashley Harper, Larissa & Morgan Harper and Colton Moran; and her 1 great-great-grandchild, Kenny Holloway.

Pallbearers will be Allen Harper, Jackie Leath, Jed Harper, Larry Morris, Scott Moran and Tim Harper.

Honorary Pallbearers will be Jacob & Josh Harper, Lexi & Riley Leath, Ashley Harper, Larissa & Morgan Harper and Colton Moran.

Funeral services will be conducted on Saturday, March 26th at 12PM from the chapel of Woodard Funeral Home with Bro. Larry Emery and Bro. David Spears officiating. Intement will follow in the Hendersonville Memory Gardens.

Visitation with the family will begin on Friday, March 25th from 12PM-8PM and continue on Saturday, March 26th from 9AM-service time at 12PM at Woodard Funeral Home.
