Mr. Ernest Delano Black, age 84 of Westmoreland, TN, passed away Tuesday, July 16, 2019.
Funeral Services for Mr. Black will be conducted on Thursday, July 18, 2019 at 12:00 PM from Woodard Funeral Home with Bro. Tim Williams officiating. Interment will follow in Fairfield Cemetery.
The family will receive visitors on Wednesday, July 17, 2019 from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM, and on Thursday, July 18, 2019 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at Woodard Funeral Home.
