Mr. Ernest Robert Elkins, age 80, of Westmoreland, TN passed away on December 5, 2020. He worked in Landscaping with Bates Nursery

Mr. Ernest is survived by son, Frank (Jonalyn) Elkins; daughter, Debra (Patrick) Popejoy; son, Joel Elkins; son, Robert (Valerie) Elkins; grandchildren, Amber (Clayton) Elbert, Danielle Elkins, Stacie (Anthony) Rehberg, Stephanie (Michael) Robinson, Dakota Popejoy, Kenton Elkins, Dylan Elkins and Alexis Elkins; sister, Shirley Wiltse; brother, Roger (Joyce) Elkins; great-grandchildren, Brantley, Peyton, McKenzie, Kiera, Maxwell, Fiona, Braelyn and Cora; loving family and friends, Jerry, Debbie Lynn, McKenzie, Allie, Brittany, Nicole and Marsha.

Ernest is preceded in death by parents, Robert Kenton Elkins and Janet Evelyn Saunders Elkins; wife, Sandra Katherine Elkins; brother, Warren Elkins and brother-in-law, Leon Wiltse.

The service for Mr. Ernest Elkins will be held on Friday, at 11:00 AM at Woodard Funeral Home with Bro. Bo Johnson officiating. Interment will follow in Fairfield Cemetery.

Visitation: Thursday, at 5:00 PM to 8:00PM and Friday 9:00 AM until service time at Woodard Funeral Home.
