passed away Sunday, October 27, 2013

Funeral services for Ms. Polk will be held Wednesday, October 30, 2013 at 1:00 PM from Woodard Funeral Home with Bro. John Racioppa officiating.

A private family Interment will be held in Pleasant Grove Cemetery.

Visitation will be: Tuesday, October 29, 2013 from 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM at Woodard Funeral Home and Wednesday, October 30, 2013 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at Woodard Funeral Home

Ms. Polk was retired from the Sumner County Board of Education. Ms. Polk was a member of Westmoreland First Baptist Church. She was a member of the Ladies Auxillary and the Westmoreland Public Library Board.

Husband - James Nathaniel Polk
