**UPDATED SERVICE INFORMATION**

Frances Elaine Troutt, age 75, of Bethpage, TN, passed away May 1, 2026. She was born September 28, 1950 to the late Charles McKinley Armstrong and Eunice Allene Gray in Savannah, GA.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sister, Robbie Yvonne Armstrong.

She is survived by her husband, William "Pete" Troutt; her children, Jeremy (Alicia) Aker, Susan (John) Aker, Jason (Teresa) Troutt and Anthony (Lisa) Troutt; her grandchildren, Vivian (Matthew) Barche, Ellen McGahey, Emily McGahey, Tristan (Lea') Stone, Justice (Emily) Aker, Jacob (MiKaela) Aker, Joseph Aker, Lily Gammon, Josh Gammon, Katie (Ethan) Wheatley and Kimber (Stephen) Rushing; her ten great-grandchildren; and her brother, Chuck (Kay) Armstrong. 

*There will be a memorial service for Mrs. Troutt conducted on Saturday, May 16, 2026 at 1PM from the chapel of Woodard Funeral Home with Bro. Larry Marlar officiating.  The family will receive visitors on Saturday from 10AM till time of service at 1PM at Woodard Funeral Home*
