Frances Oliver

Frances D. Oliver, age 84, of Westmoreland, TN, passed away on Wednesday, March 24th. Mrs. Oliver was born on July 24, 1936 in Scottsville, KY. Funeral services for Mrs. Oliver will be conducted Sunday, March 28th at 1PM from the Chapel of Woodard Funeral Home, with Bro. Tim Williams, Bro. Larry Emery and Bro. Kenny Hanner officiating. The interment will follow in the Providence Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Stephen Bradley, Daniel Bradley, Adam Stafford, Andrew Stafford, Caden Nelson and Caleb Andrews. Honorary pallbearers will be Eli Stafford and Jacob Stafford. Visitation with the family will be on Friday, March 26th from 12-8PM, Sat. March 27th from 9AM-8PM and again on Sunday, March 28th from 9AM-service time at Woodard Funeral Home. She was preceded in death by her parents, Hubert Garrett and Lois Marie Minix Wolfe; her first husband, Earl B. Andrews; her second husband, Leroy Tosh; and her sister, Ola Fay Wolfe. She is survived by her husband, Jerry Woodrow Oliver; her children, Malinda & (Earl) Stafford, Randy & (Louetta) Andrews and Lorie & (Troy) Prock; her grandchildren, Andrew Stafford, Adam Stafford, Stephanie & (Jason) Tirjan, Caleb & (Tiffany) Andrews, Ashley Stafford, Stephen & (Hannah) Bradley, Daniel Bradley, Hayley & (Chris) Johnsey, Kayley & (Quinten) Wilson, and Karah Prock; her great-grandchildren, Jacob, Erika, Trinity, Eli, Jasmine, Lane, Aubrey, Jade, Colt, Cassel, Kali, Elijah, Tai, Zak, Caden, Kaelyn, Lakelyn, Halle, Livi, Maddie, Ryan, Nikolas, Mason, Lennox, Warner, Arthur and Marley; her great-great grandchildren, Jasper, and Alexander; her sisters, Mary Ellen & (Dale) Henson and Ella Bee & (Carl) Lonas; her brothers, Leonard & (Diana) Wolfe and Johnny & (Barbara) Wolfe.
