Mr. David Cook, age 63 of Adolphus, KY, passed away Saturday, June 10, 2017.

Funeral Services for Mr. Cook will be conducted on Thursday, June 15, 2017 at 1:00 PM from Woodard Funeral Home with Bro. Larry Emery officiating. Interment will follow in Fairview Cemetery.

The family will receive visitors on Tuesday June 13, 2017 from 1:00 PM to 9:00PM, on Wednesday June 14th, 2017 from 10:00AM to 9:00 PM, and again on Thursday June 15th from 9:00 AM until service time at 1:00PM from the chapel of Woodard Funeral Home.
