J W Faulton

J W Faulton was born on July 20, 1948 and departed this life February 11th, 2019 at the age of 70 years old. He married Kathy (Calvert) Faulton at the age of 18 and has always been a church going Christian. Church has always been important to them.
J W and Kathy have 2 children, Jerry (Kelly) Faulton and Cynthia (Chad) Fishburn. They have 4 grandchildren, Ashley Faulton, April Faulton, Cierra Fishburn and Chase Fishburn.
He is preceded in death by his parents, John Henry Faulton and Lillian Frances (Faulton) Summers, and other family members, Henryetta Beasley, Martha Parrish, John Faulton, June Lowe and Sandra Summers.
He is survived by 2 sisters, Reba Kelly and Effie Cates, many nephews and nieces, cousins, friends and a great church family. He loved all of the people at church and enjoyed fellowship with all of them. He was saved at the age of 16 and preached the gospel as long as he was able. He has been a light to many people and would invite all of them to church. His life has been an inspiration to a lot of people, including his family. Now he has a brand new home.
Funeral services for Mr. Faulton will be conducted on Thursday, February 14, 2019 at 2:00PM from the chapel of Woodard Funeral Home with Bro. Danny Patrick officiating. Interment will follow in New Hope Cemetery. Visitation with the family will begin on Wednesday, February 13, 2019 at 10:00 AM until 9:00PM and again on Thursday, February 14, 2019 from 9:00 AM until service time at 2:00PM.
