James C. Troutt

James C.Troutt, age 67, of Portland formerly of Westmoreland passed away Sunday, October 11, 2015. Funeral services for Mr. Troutt will be conducted on Tuesday, October 13, 2015 at 11:00 AM from the chapel of Woodard Funeral Home with Bro. Leon Graves and Bro. G. W. Knight officiating. Interment will follow in Mt. Vernon Cemetery. Visitation with the family will be Monday, October 12, 2015 from 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM, Tuesday, October 13, 2015 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at Woodard Funeral Home.

He was retired from the State of Tennessee Department Of Transportation.

Mr.Troutt was preceded in death by his wife Linda Brown Troutt.

He is survived by Daughter - Cherie Duffer, Westmoreland, TN, Daughter - Melissa Troutt, Portland, TN, Son - John Troutt, Portland, TN, Daughter - Betty- Jo Carter, Westmoreland, TN, eight grandchildren, and six great- grandchildren.
