Jason DeWayne Whittemore, age 42, of Westmoreland, TN, passed away March 19, 2026. He was born June 7, 1983 to Wayne Whittemore and Sharon Denise Hyde Roseberry in Gallatin, TN.

He is preceded in death by his grandparents, Junior Whittemore, Barbara and W.D. Hyde; as well as his uncle, Bimbo Hyde.

In addition to his parents, he is survived by his wife, Dawn Michelle Burnes Whittemore; his children, Clorinda Whittemore, Michala Burnes and Austin Henley; his brother, Adam (Natalie) Patterson; his uncle, Richard Whittemore; his grandmother, Penney Whittemore; and his aunts, Betsy Hamby, Teresa "Nina" West and Melodie "Rocky" Cook.

He worked for the GAP, Inc.

Funeral services for Mr. Whittemore will be conducted on Saturday, March 28, 2026 at 2PM from the chapel of Woodard Funeral Home with Bro. Kenneth Wix officiating. The family will receive visitors on Saturday, March 28th from 9AM till service time at 2PM at Woodard Funeral Home.
