Jo Ellen Woodard

Mrs. Jo Ellen Woodard, age 74, of Westmoreland, TN, passed away June 29, 2023.  She was born May 17, 1949 in Poplar Bluff, Missouri.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Wanda Lee Ziegler; and her sister, Sue Woodard.

She is survived by her husband, Kelly Mitchell Woodard; her children, Phillip (Christy) Woodard, Kevin (Kristie) Woodard and Karay Woodard (Amy Smith); and her grandchildren, Landon Woodard, Kailan Woodard, Andrea Rosasco and Nathen Rosasco.

Mrs. Woodard was the owner of the Redbird Cafe'.
