Joyce Ann Gann (also lovingly known as Nanny), age 85, of Westmoreland, TN, passed away May 7, 2026. She was born October 5, 1940 to the late Luther Lee Troutt and Hettie Mae Perry Troutt in Gallatin, TN.

Mrs. Gann loved hand quilting with her mother. She enjoyed serving and taking care of others. She was a fried pie champion. She loved canning green bean and giving to her loved ones. She also loved her flower beds.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Billy Dorris Gann. They were married August 22, 1960; She is also preceded in death by her son, Gary Ray Gann; as well as two brothers and three sisters.

She is survived by her children, Rhonda Denise Gann Jent, Jeffrey Dean Gann and Kevin Brian (Julie) Gann; her grandchildren, Melissa (Nip) Rice, Hannah (Jason) Mallory, Derek (Laura) Jent, Shari (Megan) Walls, Erica (Sean) Schlagenhaft, Landon Bell, Rustin (Ashley) Gann, and Brianna Gann; as well as 14 great-grandchildren.

Funeral service for Mrs. Gann will be conducted on Wednesday, May 13, 2026 at 2PM from the chapel of Woodard Funeral Home with Bro. Chris Roberts and Bro. Gary Simons officiating. Interment will follow in the New Hope Cemetery. Serving as active pallbearers will be Derek Jent, Landon Bell, Rustin Gann, Maddox Schlagenhaft, Mike Troutt and Ronald Troutt.

The family will receive visitors on Tuesday, May 12th from 10AM till 9PM and again on Wednesday, May 13th from 9AM till service time at 2PM at Woodard Funeral Home.
