Judy Michelle Cowan, age 65, of Westmoreland, TN, passed away April 29, 2026. She was born December 9, 1960 to the late Hubert Perry and Ava Dean Mayberry in Nashville, TN. 

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her brothers, Garland and Charles Perry; and her sisters, Cathy Adkins and Sharron Simpson.

She is survived by her children, Charlie Cowan, Marki Cowan and Kaleb Cowan; her grandchildren, Olivia, Jewlya, Bentin, Jackson and Makayla; her great-grandchildren, Nolan and Kyndal; as well as her brothers, Robert, Steve and Glen Perry. 

The family will conduct a celebration of life service at a later date to be announced.

The family has entrusted Woodard Funeral Home with the care of their loved one. "Serving you as we would like to be served."
