Ms. Kathy Sue Neal, age 66 of Westmoreland, TN, passed away Wednesday, December 4, 2019.

Funeral Services for Ms. Neal will be conducted on Saturday, December 7, 2019 at 2:00 PM from Woodard Funeral Home with Bro. Billy Traughber officiating. Interment will follow in Pleasant Grove Cemetery.

The family will receive visitors on Friday, December 6, 2019 from 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM, and on Saturday, December 7, 2019 from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM at Woodard Funeral Home.

Ms. Neal was preceded in death by her:

Husband - Ronnie J. Neal,

Father - Sam Vitatoe,

Mother - Ruth Tidrow Vitatoe,

Daughter - Rhonda Sue Neal,

Ms. Neal is survived by her:

Son - Tim (Brandy) Neal, Westmoreland, TN

Son - Joe (Katie) Neal, Bethpage, TN

Daughter - Tonya (Eugene) Tyler, Westmoreland, TN

Daughter - Rachel Vantrease, Westmoreland, TN

Grandsons - Tristin (Sarah) Neal, Drake Neal, Zach Neal, Troy Vantrease

and R. J. Neal

Grand-daughters- Rhonda (Tyler) Poole, Brittany Coomer, Samantha Tyler and Mackenzie Vantrease

Brothers- Sammy Vitatoe and Danny (Lucretia) Vitatoe

Sister - Vickie (Dean) Dudley

As well as 4 great-grandchildren.
