Ms. Martha F. Carter, 82, of Westmoreland, passed away on November 20, 2020.
Martha is survived by son, Ricky (Katie) Ramsey; daughter, Debbie (Ricky) Biggers; Life Partner of 47 years, Willie Cook; sisters, Edna (Roger) Wright, Laura (Eddie) Miller and Shirley Hendley: brothers, Edward (Sherry) Carter, Willie Carter, Dee Carter and Billy Carter; grandchildren, Richard, Chris, Becky, Paul Sr., Rebecca, Micky, Tex and Christina; 25 great-grandchildren and 7 great - great grandchildren.
She is preceded in death by her parents, EV Carter and Bulah May Hunter Carter; daughter, Sue Moore; grand-daughter, Martha Cortes; brothers, Homer Carter and Monroe Carter; half-siblings, Eulia Summers, Lucy Carter, Mabel Sullivan and J.D. Carter.
The funeral service for Ms. Martha Carter will be held on Tuesday Nov 24, at 11:00 AM at Woodard Funeral Home with Bro. Tony Tucker and Sister Joann Delk officiating. Interment will follow in Crestview Memorial Gardens.
Visitation: Sunday, Nov 22, 1 to 8 PM, Monday, Nov. 23 9 AM to 8 PM and on Tuesday, Nov. 24, 9 AM to service time at Woodard Funeral Home.
