passed away Friday, October 24, 2014

Funeral services for Mrs. Cook will be held Tuesday, October 28, 2014 at 11:00 AM from the Chapel of Woodard Funeral Home with Bro. Don Curtis officiating.

Interment will follow in Wolf Cemetery.

Visitation will begin on Sunday, October 26, from 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Funeral Home and continue Monday, October 27, from 10:00 AM to 9:00 PM, and Tuesday, October 28, from 9:00 AM until service time at 11:00 AM.

She was preceded in death by her Father - Herman Hyde, Mother - Annie O'neal, Son - Michael Terry Cook, Sister - Shirley Sadler, Sister - Sue Powers, Brother - J.D. Hyde, & her daughter in law Gwendllyn “Tooter” Cook Stinson

She is survived by her loving husband
