Mrs. Mary Ruth Cannon Carter, age 80 of Westmoreland, TN, entered into rest on Monday, January 29, 2018.

Funeral Services for Mrs. Carter will be conducted on Thursday, February 1, 2018 at 2:00 PM from Woodard Funeral Home. Interment will follow in New Hope Cemetery.

The family will receive visitors on Wednesday, January 31, 2018 from 1:00 PM to 9:00 PM, and on Thursday, February 1, 2018 from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM at Woodard Funeral Home.

She was a retired seamstress of many years. As the youngest of her family, she was also known as "Baby". Mary was a loving mother and grandmother.

Son - Nicky Carter

Son - Rocky (Betty) Carter, Westmoreland, TN
Son - Rondall (Ashley) Carter, Westmoreland, TN
Grand Children - Valerie, Amy, Mickey, Victor, Cody, Angel, Jeremy, Trenton, Brooklyn and Addison,
14 Great-grandchildren and 1 Great-great-grandchild.
