Merle Mai Brummett

Mrs. Merle Mai Brummett, age 76, of Westmoreland, TN passed away on August 21, 2026. She was born in Gallatin, TN to the late Baxter and Erma D. Coker. She worked many years at Westmoreland Shirt Factory and Manufacturing.

Merle is survived by her daughter, Tina Brummett Cox; her granddaughter, Jennifer Cox; her brother Terry Coker; her brother-in-law, Rob Brummett; and her sister-in-law, Elizabeth Gilbert.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, William Brummett.

Visitation with the family of Mrs. Merle Mai Brummett will be held on Wednesday, August 26, 2026 at 9:00 - 11:00 AM at Woodard Funeral Home.

The family has entrusted Woodard Funeral Home with the care of their loved one.
