Funeral services for Mr. Scruggs will be conducted: Monday, September 21, 2015 at 2:00 PM from Woodard Funeral Home with Bro. Leon Graves officiating. Interment to follow in Bushes Chapel Cemetery. Visitation will be: Saturday, September 19, 2015 from 1:00 PM to 9:00 PM, Sunday, September 20, 2015 from 10:00 AM to 9:00 PM and Monday, September 21, 2015 from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM at Woodard Funeral Home.
