Nellie Frances Key, age 90, of Westmoreland, TN, passed away April 10, 2026. She was born November 6, 1935 to the late Bennis O'Neil and Mary Elaine Carter O'Neil in Adolphus, KY.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband of nearly 65 years, Edgar Key; her brother, Ellis O'Neil; her daughter, Vickey Todd; and her granddaughter, Natasha Todd.

Mrs. Key is survived by her son, Michael David (Teena) Key; her grandchildren, Ashley (James) White, Alison (Bart) Barton and Joshua (Krystal) Todd; her sister-in-law, Faye O'Neil; her great-grandchildren, Sarah Barton, Mattie Barton, Treyson Barton, Parker Barton, Eliza Barton, Nathaniel Jines, Tyler Jines, Natalie Todd and Christian Todd.

Funeral services for Mrs. Key will be conducted on Wednesday, April 15th, 2026 at 11AM from the chapel of Woodard Funeral Home with Bro. Larry Emery and Bro. Gary Kepley officiating. Interment will follow in the Pleasant Grove Cemetery. Serving as active pallbearers will be Josh Todd, Tyler Jines, Jeff Carter, Christian Todd, Treyson Barton, Bart Barton and Gary Kepley. The family will receive visitors on Tuesday, April 14th from 2PM till 9PM and again on Wednesday, April 15th from 9AM till service time at 11AM at Woodard Funeral Home.
