Patrick Lance Sloan, 46, of Bethpage, TN, passed away on July 20, 2021.

Patrick is survived by his father, George Sloan; his brother, Zac & (Jennifer) Sloan; his nephew, Tate Sloan; his niece, Grace Sloan.

Patrick is preceded in death by his mother, Patricia Lazenby.

Family will be conducting a memorial service visitation for Mr. Sloan at Strong Tower Church on Friday, July 30, 2021 from 2:00 to 8:00 PM.
