Peggy Ray Johnson

Mrs. Peggy Ray Johnson, age 86, of Hartsville, TN passed away on August 12, 2025.

Mrs. Peggy is survived by her son, Michael Crenshaw; her grandchildren, Matthew Crenshaw (Jeanuetta) and Misty Crenshaw (Michael Troutt); her great-grandchildren. Karmen, Violet, Rocky and Brian; brother, Claude Presley; sisters, Jewell McCormick, Geneva Crook and Inez Sircy; and her daughter-in-law, Katherine Crenshaw.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Richard Crenshaw; her parents, Oakley and Lucy Ray; grandchildren, Michael Ryan Crenshaw and Jacqueline Nicole Crenshaw; son, Bobby Crenshaw; and sisters, Izette Morgan and Mary Belle McClanahan.

The service for Mrs. Peggy Ray Johnson will be held on Tuesday, at 11:00 AM at Woodard Funeral Home with Bro. Scott Crook officiating. Interment will follow in Hartsville Cemetery.

Visitation with the family will begin on Monday, August 18, from 3:00 - 8:00 PM at Woodard Funeral Home and on Tuesday, August 19, from 8:00 - 11:00 AM service time.

The family suggest that memorial donations be made to help with the funeral expenses.

The family has entrusted Woodard Funeral Home with the care of their loved one.
