Randell Ray Carter

Randell Ray Carter, age 63, of Westmoreland, TN passed away on December 6, 2021. Randell was an Iridologist and Master Herbalist and loved his work.

He is survived by his son, Randell C. Carter; his daughter, Lindsay Fisher; siblings, Linda Stone, Sue Carter, Regina Stelling and Roger Carter; several nieces and nephews; and the mother of his children, Lori A.J. Carter.

Randell is preceded in death by his parents, Cleophas Carter and Gladys Perry Carter; and his siblings, Russell Carter and Marilyn Carter Wood.

Memorial services will be scheduled at a later date.
