Mr. Richard Allen Emerson, age 55 of Westmoreland, TN, passed away Sunday, January 28, 2018.

Family to conduct a Celebration of Life ceremony for Mr. Emerson on Saturday, February 3, 2018 at 4:00 PM from Westmoreland First Baptist Church with Bro. John Racioppa officiating.

The family will receive visitors on Friday, February 2, 2018 from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM, and on Saturday, February 3, 2018 from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM all from the Westmoreland First Baptist Church.

Mr. Emerson worked as the Fiscal Director for the TN Dept. of Transportation. He was a member of the Westmoreland First Baptist Church. His favorite hobbies were writing and woodworking.
