Richard Lewis Troutt

Mr. Richard Troutt, age 62, passed away on November 4, 2026. He was born to Rammie and Glenda Troutt in Portland TN June 26, 1964. He was a Department Supervisor at Fleetwood Homes and attended Lakeside Church.

Richard is survived by his wife, Denise Osborne; his children, Cody Troutt (Brooklyn), Zach Troutt, Bretley Osborne (Katie) and Kelli Osborne (Joe Norman); his grandchildren, Kyson Troutt, Harlow Troutt, Hollyn Troutt, Brycen Troutt, Aden Harrison, Emma Osborne, Arian Osborne, Ally Norman and Jeremiah Norman; his parents, Rammie and Glenda Troutt; his brother, Mark Troutt and sisters, Chasity Troutt Cook and Stephanie Troutt.

The service for Mr. Richard Troutt will be held on Saturday, November 7, 2026 at 1:00 PM at Woodard Funeral Home with Bro. Bob Miller officiating. Interment will follow in Forest Chapel Cemetery.

Visitation: Friday, November 6, 2026 at 1:00 - 8:00 PM at Woodard Funeral Home and Saturday 9:00 AM until service time at 1:00.

The family suggests in lieu of flowers, memorial donations be made to help with the funeral expenses. These can be made by calling or coming into the office of Woodard Funeral Home.
