Funeral Services for Mr. Casteel will be conducted on Wednesday, March 11, 2020 at 1:00 PM from Woodard Funeral Home with Bro. Leon Graves officiating.

The family will receive visitors on Tuesday, March 10, 2020 from 1:00 PM to 8:00 PM, and on Wednesday, March 11, 2020 from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM at Woodard Funeral Home.
