Ronnie S Troutt

Mr. Ronnie Troutt, age 71, of Westmoreland, TN, passed away peacefully on November 13, 2022 at his home with his loving family by his side. He was born September 25, 1951 to the late Billy Joe and Virginia Lee Phillips Troutt in Gallatin, TN.

Mr. Troutt was retired from the Sumner County Board of Education as Kindergarten teacher for Westmoreland Elementary School after 30 years of service. He also enjoyed and worked as a florist for many years. He was a member of New Hope Church.

He is survived by his loving wife of 47 years Linda Sue Harrison Troutt; his children, Andrew Ryan (Kayla Dawn) Troutt, and Katie Lyn (Kory) Hall; his grandchildren, Lauren (Tyler) Trammel, Bishop Troutt, Jake Troutt and Eleanor Hall; his great-grandchildren, Luke and Noah Trammel; his brothers, Roger Troutt and Charlie (Teresa) Shaw; his sisters, Fay (Fred) Ryan, Ann (Johnnie) Slayton, Ruth (Steve) Ewalt; and Mama Nora Troutt.

Funeral services for Mr. Troutt will be conducted on Tuesday, November 15th, 2022, at 2PM from New Hope Church with Bro. Lionel Borders officiating. Interment will follow in the New Hope Cemetery. Serving as active pallbearers will be Jake Troutt, Bishop Troutt, Brian Redmon, Josh Carter, Kory Hall and Tyler Trammel. The family will receive visitors on Monday, November 14th from 4PM-8PM at Woodard Funeral Home and on Tuesday, November 15th from 9AM till service time at 2PM from New Hope Church.
