Sandra Gregory, age 68, of Westmoreland, TN, passed away April 4, 2026. She was born January 22, 1958 to the late Dennis Elmer Hoskins and Minnie Alice Ladd Hoskins in Lafayette, TN. 

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her daughter, Shelly Estes; her sister, Ruby Cantrell; her brothers, Jerry Hoskins and Charlie Hoskins; and her niece, Juanita Cantrell.

She is survived by her children, Joyce (Josh) Casteel, Jason (Dorothy) Gregory and Josh Eaton; her grandchildren, Angel (Kaden) Street, Tina Casteel, J. J. Casteel, Jayson Gregory, Allyson (Zack) Neal, Daiza Brasel, Cameron Brasel and Jason Brasel; and her great-grandchildren, Coleson and Desmon Neal.

Funeral services for Mrs. Gregory will be conducted on Thursday, April 9th, 2026 at 12PM from the chapel of Woodard Funeral Home with Bro. David Mitchell officiating. Interment will follow in the Eulia Cemetery. The family will receive visitors on Wednesday, April 8th from 4 till 9PM at Woodard Funeral Home.
