Sandra Holder, age 75, of Westmoreland, TN passed away on February 14, 2021. Sandra is survived by her son, Charles Wayne Hoots; daughter, Tammy (Scott) McDonald; grandchildren, Charles Hoots, Jr., Kimberly Hoots, Katelyn Hoots, Shawn Ruehl, Justin Scheets, Danielle Hoots and Kaylin McDonald; and her significant other, Ricky Neal. Sandra is preceded in death by her parents, Robert Standefer and Iona Standefer. There will be no service for Ms. Sandra Holder at this time.
