Teresa Elaine Dever

Teresa Elaine Rhody Dever, age 62, of Westmoreland, TN, formerly of Stafford, VA, passed away on Saturday, May 29, 2021. She was born on September 14, 1958 to James Edward Rhody, Sr and Dorothy Pavia Rhody in Fall River, MA.

She attended Westmoreland First Baptist Church. She worked for the Silver Angels as a caregiver. She was retired from Peyton's Mid-South Distribution.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Dorothy Paiva Rhody; her daughter, Patricia "Patty" Elaine Overton; and her brother, Timothy Rhody.

Teresa is survived by her father, James Rhody, Sr. & (Frances Jones) of Virginia; her son, Kevin Overton of Virginia; her daughter, April & (Thomas) O'Saile of Westmoreland, TN; her grandchildren, Katlyn Hix, Sabrina O'Saile, and Thomas O'Saile Jr.; her great-grandchildren, Patricia and Kelsey Pedigo; her sister, Mary Rhody; her brother, James Rhody, Jr.; special friend, Ken Fowler; as well as several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services for Mrs. Dever will be conducted on Friday, June 4, 2021 at 2PM from the chapel of Woodard Funeral Home with Bro. John Racioppa officiating. The family will receive visitors on Friday, June 4th from 11AM-service time at 2PM at Woodard Funeral Home.
